We only pay the Owner/Land Lord or Property Management Company Directly. In most cases, we can initiate payment electronically. If a check or money order needs to be sent that will be done using standard mail. Please note that RMG GROUP Protection does not pay late payment fees or any other fees other than the base rent/mortgage.
Hotel protection protects both the Hotel and Guest against loss, trip cancellation and more. This is dependent upon what the Hotel agreement is with RMG GROUP Protection. All inquiries about specific hotel coverage should be directed to the hotel or motel management.

Depending on the situation the payment could go directly to the Owner/Landlord, Property Management Company, or Utility Company Directly. Yes, we also cover college students as well. In that event payment will be made directly to the College.
