If you pay per trip you will just need to create an account with RMG GROUP Protection and then send us a copy of the itinerary for each trip. We will upload that to your account and charge you for that trip only.
Monthly or Annual customers will just travel as normal and only need to contact us in the event of a claim or assistance.
Contact your guest or Airbnb, or your other vacation rental company and notify them of the issue. If they are unwilling to cover the cost or resolve the complaint then you may contact us through our Help Center.
Gather all the documentation that you can submit with your request. This will help ensure a smooth claims process and helps us resolve the issue quickly. These include the following:
1. Photographs of the issue or damage
2. Receipts and other evidence of the accurate fair market value or reported cost of the items
3. Proof of ownership
4. Any other documentation you may feel would be helpful.
Since RMG GROUP Protection does not offer insurance and only serves as a warranty and subscription-based protection company we will cover those listed in your protection agreement. You may not file for the same damage with your insurance company if they offer coverage as well. That is considered Insurance Fraud.
