Most new purchases come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects due to parts or workmanship.
Like other extended warranties, RMG GROUP Protection coverage only begins when the manufacturer’s warranty ends (typically up to one year from the date of purchase). Or for things that the manufacturer's warranty doesn't cover then you're covered from day one. If there’s an issue with your item while the original warranty is still active, your claim will be referred to the manufacture.
You bet your last chicken tender we do! Although we are an extended warranty and not insurance we still cover loss or theft under our plans. We just don't charge a deductible or crazy premium.
Only our Paycheck protection plans give customer direct payments. For our Income Loss Protection plans in most cases, payments are made directly to the company that you owe a debt to. That way your case manager can make sure we work towards resolving your issue.
You will file a claim like normal and once approved a decision will be determined to get a technician out there or replace the item spending on the unique circumstances that each claim has.
If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
